Rotational Inertia Demonstrator

Four rods and a string are attached to a pulley, which has three segments of different radii. The string has a mass at the end to apply a torque to the pulley to get it to start rotating. Each of the four rods has a mass attached that can be adjusted along the rod, which changes the moment of inertia for the system.
