UV light discharge
PIRA: Unknown
An electroscope is charged by rubbing a rubber rod with a piece of fur. When an UV light is placed close to the plate of the electroscope, the electroscope discharges. This will not happen if a glass is placed between the plate of the electroscope and the UV light source.
