Deflection of a water stream.

A gentle stream of water is started from a faucet with a small opening. when a charged rod or a recently used comb is brought near the stream, the stream is strongly attracted to it. Water is a sufficiently good conductor that unlike charge is induced on the sections of the stream in close proximity to the charged rod.
